What is Blaze Pod?


BlazePod is a smart light-based reflex training system that brings an element of competition to your workouts, offering a fun way to improve your agility, balance, coordination, reaction time, strength, and more.

The pods light up in a variety of colors, providing visual cues for drills and exercises. They connect via Bluetooth to a companion app that offers a variety of activities for individual and team sports, home workouts, and group competitions. The app keeps track of your progress and lets you design custom exercises, including cognitive and rehabilitation training activities.
