High Intensity Electromagnetic Therapy
An effective & non-invasive way to stimulate muscle growth
What is High Intensity Electromagnetic Therapy?
High Intensity Electromagnetic Therapy, also known as HI-EMT, is a treatment that uses electromagnetic fields effectively to stimulate muscle contractions for muscle growth.
Through electromagnetic therapy, patients are able to experience high intensity muscle contractions, without having to exercise.
If put in simple terms, a 30-minute HI-EMT session = 20,000 sit ups.
This is especially helpful to post-pregnancy women who are suffering from Diastasis Recti as it helps to close the gap.
Patients who are unable to work certain parts of their bodies due to injuries or recent surgeries can find HI-EMT a great tool to assist their recovery process.

Who Is Suitable For This Treatment?
Post-Pregnancy Women
New mummies certainly do not have it easy, especially during the postpartum period. They are fighting against issues that can affect their daily life, body figure, and emotions.
The HI-EMT is the perfect tool to counter these issues by helping mummies to regain back their confidence.
Chronic Pain Patients
Due to the pain suffered from chronic conditions, chronic pain patients tend to avoid using strength or applying pressure on their affected areas like their knees or back.
Hence, HI-EMT is able to build the muscles around the affected areas without hurting the patient.
Weight Loss
As HI-EMT elicits strong muscle contractions, it is extremely beneficial for those who are looking to lose weight or contour their body.
The HI-EMT is able to increase muscle mass while decreasing the unhealthy fats of the patient.
