What is the difference between a Physiotherapist and Chiropractic?
The main difference between a Physio and chiropractor is traditionally chiropractors focus more on the function of the spine and pelvis and it’s alignment and effect on the nervous system through the use of manipulation, where a Physio will focus more on the muscles using mobilisations and exercises.

What technology/treatments do we use here?
Winback Tecar Therapy – A french technology. A revolutionary non-invasive technology that utilizes WINBACK energy – a high frequency current that can stimulate our body’s natural repair mechanisms, promoting cellular exchange.
HIEMT – High-Intensity Electromagnetic Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that involves the use of High-Intensity Electromagnetic Therapy to specifically target problem areas like stubborn fats.
R-Shock – The latest innovation from Winback®, combines the strengths of multiple technologies. The synergy of the high-frequency tecar therapy current and the electrical stimulation, combined and emitted through the same electrode, makes it possible to obtain a fast and effective pain-relieving effect.
Dry Needling – Dry needling uses thin needles, which are inserted in and around sore muscles or tender “trigger points,” to improve flexibility and reduce pain. Dry needling zeroes in on the source of pain whereas Acupuncture, an ancient form of Chinese medicine uses needles to re-balance the energy flow along your body’s pathways. Dry needling can only be performed by a certified health professional.

What are the charges per session?

Do I need a referral?
No. However, if you were provided with a professional’s referral, please bring it along when you attend your first physiotherapy session.
What can I expect during my first physiotherapy appointment?
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment for registration purposes.
- Do bring along your medical documents/referral form/x-rays and all other relevant documents for the physiotherapist to be able to better understand your condition.
- There will be a Q&A and consent form that you need to complete and sign
- Our physiotherapist will first try to understand your condition through the Questionnaire and will ask you a series of relevant questions during your consultation.
- Our physiotherapist will assess your condition and discuss a treatment plan for you.
How long is the duration of the session?
A session usually takes about 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
What are the payment options?
We accept Cash, NETS, Mastercard, Visa, Amex , Paywave and GrabPay.
Do note that there is an additional surcharge for Credit Cards 3.4%
And GrabPay 2.2%.
Are we under any insurance, shield plan or TPA'S?
We are currently on the panel list for AXA and Mednefits.
Will I be notified about my upcoming appointments?
Yes. You will receive an SMS/Whatsapp reminder 1 day prior to your actual appointment date. Kindly acknowledge and confirm your appointment.
For any changes of appointmnt date/time, please do so 24hours prior to your appointment.
